	Paul R. Sanberg, Ph.D., D.Sc. Co-Founder Dr. Sanberg is a world-renowned stem cell biologist with extensive experience in translating neural therapies from the laboratory to the clinic for neurodegenerative and age-related disorders. He also has significant experience with numerous biotech start-up companies.
	Bernard R. Skerkowski, C.G.A. President & Finance Bernard Skerkowski has over 22 years of accounting experience in both the private and public settings ranging from the Banking Industry to Government Auditing and from Public Practice to Small Business Administration.
	Cyndy D. Sanberg, Ph.D. Senior Vice President Dr. Sanberg has ten years of drug testing research experience at the University of Texas at San Antonio. She also has over 5 years experience as a research executive in a biotech company, as well as operations management, including overseeing project management for a joint study with a major pharmaceutical company.
	R. Douglas Shytle, Ph.D. Product Development Dr. Shytle has 15 years of research experience in the field of neuroscience with an emphasis on translational research in neuropsychopharmacology. His current research focus is on his lifelong interest in nutritional neuroscience.
	Carmen J. Khoury Administrative and Technical Assistant Carmen has over 10 years of experience in the clerical/business field, and has been responsible for the development and maintenance of operational and budget data bases. Her additional areas of experience include media, graphic design and technology.
	Frank Clark Nutraceuticals, Consultant Frank Clark has served as a former officer and director of several major health care companies. He was executive vice president and a director of a Johnson & Johnson subsidiary. He also has served as President and director of R.P. Scherer, Inc. and established their business worldwide. Mr. Clark has been instrumental in acquiring, developing and marketing products and services in the health and consumer goods sectors.
